The firm is currently seeking an experienced Manager to join their multi-disciplinary advisory team. In this role, the Manager will work across various advisory functions, including Transaction Services (FDD), General Valuations, Contentious Valuations, and potentially Restructuring services. This position provides exposure to high-profile, global transactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional strategic advice.
You will play an integral role in supporting senior professionals and leading projects, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful insights across a wide range of complex financial scenarios. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to navigate cross-border transactions with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage advisory projects, including transaction support (FDD), valuations (general and contentious), and potentially restructuring services for clients across diverse industries.
- Work on cross-border transactions, providing valuable insights and advice in complex and often contentious situations.
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and other relevant metrics to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate closely with senior advisory professionals to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients, clearly communicating findings and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction in all engagements.
- Support and mentor junior staff, fostering their development and enhancing their technical and client-facing skills.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the firm’s ongoing growth.
- At least 3 years of experience in transaction services (FDD).
- Proven experience in managing complex advisory assignments.
- Background from a Big 4, Top 10 accounting firm, or a reputable boutique advisory firm.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards, valuation methodologies, and transaction environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
- Proficiency in European languages is desirable but not essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent would be an advantage.
- Exposure to international markets or experience with cross-border transactions is preferred.
