About You: You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a professional services or partnership environment. You will be confident managing the majority of situations independently, applying sound judgement and experience, while escalating more complex matters when appropriate.

You will have the ability to provide advice and guidance to others, influence stakeholders effectively, and establish strong, trusted working relationships across the business. Strong analytical skills are essential, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and understand its impact on both your area of responsibility and the wider organisation.

You will demonstrate strong IT and systems capability, keep up to date with required training (including information security) and communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels. A proactive mindset, high level of commitment, and collaborative, team-focused approach are key to success.
