An ambitious and fast-growing professional services firm is seeking Managers and Associate Directors to join its newly established Value Creation team within Advisory Transaction Services. These are high-profile roles at the forefront of the firm’s M&A growth strategy, offering the chance to work with leading Private Equity and Corporate clients across the full deal lifecycle.
The Role
You will help deliver value creation engagements spanning:
- Pre-deal operational and technology due diligence
- Value creation reviews
- Post-deal integration and separation programmes
- Value realisation initiatives
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects and client reporting across the deal continuum
- Acting as day-to-day client contact, managing deliverables and risk procedures
- Drafting scopes of work, budgets, and fee agreements
- Overseeing junior team members and supporting their development
- Preparing client deliverables, reports, and presentations
- Driving business development, from pitch documents to CRM initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues across service lines to create new opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Transaction Services, M&A Value Creation, Post-Merger Integration or Separation, gained within professional services, consulting, or corporate settings
- Experience in operational or technology due diligence and value creation across sectors
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and business application skills (e.g. Power BI)
- Track record of business development and relationship management
- Degree in Business, Finance or Technology; a relevant professional qualification (ACA, MBA, CFA, Corporate Finance Diploma or equivalent) is desirable
