This role offers significant involvement in sell-side and buy-side due diligence, financial modelling, quality of earnings analyses, and strategic commercial reviews across multiple sectors. In addition to traditional TS engagements, you will support corporate development initiatives including carve-out assessments, post-acquisition performance support and strategic investment reviews.
