This is a senior hire within a dynamic and expanding practice, supporting corporate and private equity clients across a broad spectrum of valuation work spanning commercial, financial reporting and tax purposes.

The Role
You will take overall responsibility for the delivery of a broad portfolio of valuation engagements, providing excellent client service and technical leadership across commercial, accounting and tax contexts.
Working closely with Partners and other senior leaders, you will lead teams of managers and junior staff, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and in line with client expectations.
The role combines deep technical expertise with client relationship management, business development and people leadership, requiring the ability to manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously.
Alongside client delivery, you will contribute to the continued growth of the practice through proposals, marketing activity and the training and development of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall ownership of valuation delivery across a broad range of products and client types.
- Provide technical leadership across valuation purposes including commercial, accounting and tax matters.
- Build and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead, mentor and develop managers and junior team members.
- Support Partners and Directors with business development, proposals and marketing activity.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control, risk management and best practice procedures.
- Maintain and develop personal technical competence across valuation methodologies and modelling.
- Candidate Profile
- Significant experience delivering valuations across either purposes of commercial, accounting or tax.
- Proven track record of leading a high volume of valuation assignments across diverse sectors and client types.
- Experience managing teams working concurrently across multiple projects.
- Strong client focus with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Degree educated, with a relevant professional qualification or working towards one (CFA, ACA, ACCA or international equivalent).
