A global strategy boutique is seeking a Manager to join its newly established TMT team, focused on Digital Infrastructure and Technology. The firm advises private equity investors and corporate clients on commercial due diligence and growth strategy across a range of technology sectors. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing practice at an early stage and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects while helping to build the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial due diligence (CDD) engagements for private equity clients evaluating investments in technology and digital infrastructure businesses
- Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring clear, commercially relevant outputs
- Lead and develop teams of consultants across multiple workstreams
- Structure analyses, oversee research, and ensure high-quality client deliverables
- Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Support senior leadership on proposals and contribute to the development of the TMT practice
Requirements
- ~4+ years’ experience in commercial due diligence within a strategy consultancy or specialist advisory firm
- ~ Experience working with private equity clients on transactions
- ~ Exposure to TMT, Technology, or Digital Infrastructure sectors
- ~ Demonstrated experience managing consultants and leading project workstreams or full engagements
- ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
