Overview:
As an Associate Director in the Transaction Services team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and other transaction-related services. You will lead project teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple transaction services engagements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic and technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
