The Opportunity
You will work closely with senior leadership to help drive the growth of the Financial Services Corporate Finance offering, whilst leading the execution of complex and strategically important transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading mid‑market M&A and Corporate Finance transactions across the Financial Services sector
- Acting as a trusted adviser to management teams, founders, shareholders and investors
- Building and deepening relationships across the Financial Services market

- Working closely with Partners on strategic growth initiatives and market expansion
