As Assistant Manager / Manager in the Debt Advisory team, you will advise clients on debt raising, refinancing, and financing structures. The practice has a strong mid-market focus, with the added benefit of exposure to large and complex transactions. The work is firmly centred on good book clients, not insolvency situations, and you'll be working on a consistently high volume of live deals.
This is a role that offers both breadth and depth: you'll gain hands-on deal experience, build trusted client relationships, and work closely with senior colleagues on transactions that shape clients' capital structures.
You will ideally be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with experience in a professional services Debt Advisory team.
- Proven experience working on good book debt transactions (not insolvency focused)
- A strong deal book with exposure to mid-market deals and ideally some larger, more complex financings
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
- Eligible to work in the UK (please note sponsorship is not available)
