We are currently recruiting for a Tax Training Manager for a leading international practice to join their expanding National Tax team. This is a newly created position designed to support the tax practice across the firm.The responsibilities are wide-ranging and will include the following: *Collaborate with stakeholders to identify required training within the tax practice and wider firm.*Develop and maintain a training matrix for easy access to internal and external training options.*Design and deliver technical and other training content both virtually and through face-to-face events.*Coordinate with other teams to ensure comprehensive training content meets the needs of tax specialists.*Provide support for other National Tax initiatives as necessary.You will be working in the National Tax Team which offers policy, technical and risk management support to our client’s tax practice. The team are a likeable ,cohesive group , capable of both collaborative project delivery and independent work . Their inclusive and supportive environment spans multiple locations, welcoming new members regardless of their chosen work location.In order to be suitable for the role, ideally you will possess the following: *Experience in preparing and delivering training, preferably in both virtual and face-to-face settings, or prior experience in a client-facing tax role with a desire to transition into training.*Strong organizational and project management skills.*Proficient tax technical skills …
