This dynamic and innovative medium sized practice can offer an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and accomplished personal tax specialist to join their established and very stylish Hertfordshire office. You will handle your own portfolio of clients, preparing complex returns for a wide and diverse mix of sole traders, partnerships, individuals and trusts. Furthermore, you will be responsible for reviewing some more straightforward returns of junior staff as well as:
- Reviewing clients' residency and non-domiciliary status including where applicable reference to the remittance basis charge
- Assisting with the P11Ds, PSA, and ATEDs seasons where required
- Undertaking technical research for clients and tax consultants as required
- Providing assistance to junior members of the team
Qualifications: Ideally, you will be ATT and CTA qualified, possess strong personal tax experience including good working knowledge of the Statutory Residence test, be capable of handling CCH and be able to self-manage and work autonomously.
