An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Corporate Finance team that is investing heavily in the expansion of its Financial Services offering. The team advises a broad range of clients across Insurance, Wealth Asset Management, FinTech, Payments, Banking and Specialty Finance, providing strategic M&A and lead advisory services on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in the continued growth of a high-performing practice, working directly with senior leadership whilst taking ownership of client relationships, transaction execution and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute M&A and lead advisory mandates from origination through to completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate, private equity and financial sponsor clients.
- Support and drive business development activities across the Financial Services sector.
- Manage and mentor junior team members across live transactions.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the Financial Services Corporate Finance practice.
Requirements
- Proven M&A, Lead Advisory, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking experience.
- Strong Financial Services sector exposure, ideally across one or more of Insurance, FinTech, Payments, Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management.
