The firm is highly regarded within the expert witness and disputes market, advising clients on complex, high value construction and engineering disputes across the UK and internationally. The team works alongside leading law firms, contractors, developers, investors and other stakeholders, providing independent expert advice and expert witness services throughout the dispute lifecycle.

The role will involve working on complex construction disputes, with responsibilities including:

* Construction claims and disputes

* Delay and disruption

* Quantum and damages

* Contractual and commercial issues

* Adjudication, arbitration and litigation

* Expert reports and witness assignments

* Major infrastructure, construction and engineering projects

The work is often complex and high value, providing exposure to significant construction and engineering disputes in the UK and internationally.

I am particularly interested in speaking with individuals who are currently working within a construction disputes, expert witness or specialist advisory team and have demonstrable experience in construction disputes.

Relevant experience is essential. I would therefore be particularly interested in candidates currently working within an expert witness practice, specialist construction advisory boutique, Big Four disputes team or similar specialist consultancy.

Candidates may have experience across construction disputes, delay and disruption, quantum, damages, claims analysis, planning and programming, quantity surveying, project controls or related construction advisory services.

At the more senior levels, an established market profile, strong client relationships and a proven ability to develop and win work would be advantageous.

This is a confidential opportunity with an established market leader that is investing in the continued growth of its Construction Disputes practice. It would suit someone looking for greater responsibility, exposure to high profile disputes and the opportunity to further develop their career and client relationships.

If you are currently working within a construction disputes, expert witness or specialist advisory team and are considering your next challenge, I would be very interested in speaking with you.

You may be actively considering a move, or simply interested in understanding what opportunities are currently available in the market. Either way, I would be happy to have a confidential and informal conversation.
