We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Tour Logistics to oversee all aspects of our tour merchandise supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless movement of artist-branded products across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods for all tour merchandise.
- Manage all aspects of product logistics, including split and drop shipments, and resolve on-the-road stocking and spacing challenges.
- Accurately track merchandise from origin to destination, providing timely updates to the tour team on all collections and deliveries.
- Coordinate international shipping, and prepare all necessary tax documentation and commercial invoices to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Serve as the primary liaison with merchandise representatives, providing expert guidance and support on all shipping matters.
- Utilize specialised software to diligently track, adjust, and reconcile merchandise inventory levels throughout the tour.
Qualifications
- Road merchandise experience is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Fast-paced work environment requiring strong multitasking skills, excellent time management and organisational skills, and a high attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and video calls.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficient on Google Workspace systems.
