The Global Creative Coordinator will collaborate with the global sync team to listen to music, organize assets and metadata for our worldwide repertoire, and support global sync briefs and creative initiatives. The role demands self‑motivation, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a keen ear for global music trends.
Responsibilities
- Repertoire & Data Support: Work closely across our global repertoire—from new releases to catalog recordings—to keep track metadata and asset management up to date.
- Library Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain our sync library, optimizing search‑ability for the team and external partners.
- Playlist & Brief Assistance: Discover music, tag audio files, and compile targeted playlists for specific sync briefs.
- Creative Asset Support: Prepare graphics using Photoshop or design tools, and draft copy for internal updates and external sync pitches.
- Workflow Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact to keep global sync workflows moving efficiently.
- Event & Initiative Logistics: Coordinate scheduling and administrative planning for launch events, showcase activities, and daily sync initiatives.
- Collaborative Support: Act as a flexible teammate who thrives on variety and supports new global projects as they arise.

- Data & Systems Knowledge: Experience with music databases, CRM systems, or digital asset management platforms (e.g., Disco, metadata tools).
- Creative Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software to polish presentation decks and marketing assets.
- Industry & Music Awareness: Foundational understanding of sync licensing, publishing, or master rights, with a passion for diverse music genres.
