A little bit about the role: Warner Music’s Global Service Center Revenue Team collects and consolidates revenue for the company and works with other service center teams to provide best‑in‑class services to our global Finance labels and affiliates. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you are the technical engine ensuring our global revenue data is accurate and actionable. This is a highly technical, deep‑dive role perfect for someone who enjoys working with complex financial systems to prioritise global accuracy.

You’ll ensure that the massive volume of global revenue reporting flows seamlessly through our systems and into the financial heartbeat of our international territories. This role offers a unique front‑row seat to the mechanics of the music industry, providing exposure to senior stakeholders across the group as you act as the go‑to expert for troubleshooting and financial integrity.   • Lead and Develop: Line‑manage a Finance Analyst, reviewing their output and mentoring them as part of our high‑performing team.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • Qualified accountant required.
  • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with accounting and royalty systems a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for music and understanding of the digital music landscape.
  • Experience working in a SOX controlled environment preferred.
