Job Title: Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator (3 Month Temp Contract) A Little Bit About Our Team Join a dynamic team at ADA (Alternative Distribution Alliance), a division of Warner Music Group, where you\’ll play a crucial role in managing the physical product supply chain for our diverse label clients and their music releases. We foster a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where your expertise will directly impact the success of our clients\’ releases. You\’ll become the go-to expert for all things related to ADA\’s physical products, working closely with Warner\’s supply chain and various internal teams. Your Role As the Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our label clients\’ physical stock requirements and a key supporting role within the ADA global sales department. From initial product conception to final delivery, you\’ll oversee all aspects of the supply chain. This role offers significant exposure to Warner\’s international operations and provides ample opportunities for professional growth. Here You’ll Get To Be the primary point of contact for our label clients\’ physical stock requirements and a key supporting role within the ADA global sales department. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and proactively manage inventory to ensure optimal availability. Place purchase orders with suppliers and manage stock replenishment. Analyze and address slow-moving inventory, seeking approvals for reductions as needed. Order Fulfillment and Logistics: Support the weekly new release process across all distribution sites. Manage the inbound stock delivery process, ensuring labels and releases have a consistent physical business. Coordinate international returns and deletion processes. Client Liaison and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for label partners regarding stock inquiries, order fulfillment, stock requests. Provide regular reports and updates to label clients and internal stakeholders. Liaise with label clients to develop and support the creation of new products for distribution. Process Management and Reporting: Track pre-order campaigns in key physical markets. Develop and interpret regular reports to track sales campaign performance. Maintain and improve process efficiency. Consolidate large amounts of data which will enable forecasting, reporting and analysis to improve sales campaigns. Handle stock and local product file queries, and initiate stock audits as required. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Warner\’s supply chain, ADA’s label management, and affiliate teams around the globe. Engage effectively with senior partners. Liaise with ADA Label Management and local operations to execute on timely pre-order launches. Strong collaboration with North American physical inventory team to ensure a singular global workflow is followed. We’d Love You To Have Proven excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Strong ability to work autonomously and take initiative. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficient in Excel. Proactive and detail oriented. Strong problem-solving abilities. Team player with a collaborative spirit. It Would Be Great If You Also Had Experience in supply chain management within the entertainment or music industry. Knowledge of manufacturing processes. A genuine passion for and interest in music.
