Your Role: The Ingestion Analyst will report to the Ingestion Manager (UK). You will be part of the Revenue Processing team based in the London office. The team is responsible for gathering data files, processing revenue, and assuring compliance with contracts across all revenue streams. The team assists affiliates, working across time zones and with many teams across many countries.

Here You’ll Get To:

  • Ingest and validate digital, physical, licensing and Sync files in SAP
  • Support the global revenue function to review and clear suspense items
  • Work closely with Tech to ensure all revenue files are routed/functioning as designed
  • Support onboarding process of new DSP (Digital Service Provider) deals and other commercial agreements
  • Monitor ingestion pipelines and troubleshoot delivery failures
  • Work with the local affiliates to ensure timely delivery of Sync and Licensing files for processing
  • Support the team to deliver performance in line with KPIs and SLAs

About You:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital music operations (ingestion)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic knowledge of music rights, publishing, and royalty flows is a plus.

  • Experience in music finance or royalties
  • Experience of Business Objects or similar query builders
