Assist the Growth Director in preparing materials to pitch for high-value editorial support and partnership activations.
- Platform expertise: Maintain a deep, current understanding of the major music streaming and social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music). Serve as a primary resource for label teams on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and technical requirements.
- Platform relationship support: Assist the Growth Director in managing and maintaining relationships with platform partners by preparing meeting materials, coordinating follow-ups, and tracking progress on strategic initiatives.
- Audience development: Work with the labels to assist on building strategies for audience development for a diverse range of campaigns for all levels of artists, supporting them on social growth, super fan community building, digital activations and more.
- Performance tracking: Manage campaign tracking, data collection, and initial translation of performance data into clear, concise summaries for the Director.
- Cross-functional coordination: Serve as a contact point between the Platform team and internal departments (e.g., label streaming, marketing, data), helping to ensure a smooth flow of information and a unified approach to artist campaigns.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware individual ready to execute high-impact campaigns in a fast-moving industry.
- Experience: 2-4 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, content creation, or platform-specific campaign execution, preferably within the music industry, media, or youth culture sector.
- Platform fluency: Strong operational knowledge of the social and streaming platforms — their features, content formats, and audience dynamics.
- Analytical aptitude: Proven ability to manage and analyse campaign data, produce clear reports, and use metrics to identify actionable insights and optimisation points.
- Commercial awareness: A solid understanding of audience engagement and how it translates into platform-specific revenue drivers.
- Communication & project management: Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
