Warner Music Group’s Global Business Services (GBS) needs a seasoned Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise-level internal case management system built on the Pega platform.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a multi-year product strategy for Pega, including project management of system upgrades and improvements.
  • Prioritise the product backlog based on business impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business units to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Translate requirements into high-quality user stories, process maps, and functional specifications for Pega’s Case Management and Decisioning engines.
  • Communicate progress with executive leadership on enhancement status, product health, and delivery milestones.
  • Partner with external Pega architects (LSA) and Lead Business Architects (LBA) to leverage out-of-the-box functionality while maintaining platform integrity.
  • Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation sessions, and retrospectives; ensure clear definition of “ready” and “done.”
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing, training documentation, and change‑management initiatives to achieve high user adoption.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure success and drive iterative improvement.
  • Ensure SOX compliance by documenting, testing, and approving each change with business units and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, CRM, or BPM.
  • Proven record of leading cross‑functional Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment models related to Pega.
  • Ability to work autonomously with accountability and strong communication, organisation, and coordination skills.
  • Track record of building strong client relationships and delivering projects on time under pressure.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands‑on Pega Platform experience; familiarity with Pega Strategic Applications (e.g., Pega Customer Service, Pega Sales Automation).
  • Pega certifications: CPBA, CSA/CSSA, or CSPO; Lean Six Sigma; Pragmatic Institute.
  • Experience in a shared‑services environment and within a Finance function.
  • Experience using Figma to create mock‑ups.
  • Music industry experience is a plus.
