A little bit about our team:
Atlantic Records UK is home to some of the most iconic UK artists from household names such as Ed Sheeran, Anne-Marie, Fred Again, Charli XCX & Paolo Nutini to young emerging superstars such as Mahalia & Maisie Peters. You’d be supporting the marketing team at Atlantic Records UK, and working closely with the central Revenue & Growth team whose core responsibility is to grow, engage & monitor our artist’s audiences across streaming platforms.
Your role:
This is a high-volume, high-impact Personal Assistant role supporting two Co-Presidents at the centre of Atlantic Records UK. You will act as both gatekeeper and operator, managing two demanding, fast-moving schedules while navigating a constant flow of internal and external stakeholders. The pace is fast, the volume is constant, and priorities shift quickly. Success in this role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing senior stakeholders across all levels. This is not a step-up role. We are looking for someone who has already operated in a similar high-pressure PA/EA position and can hit the ground running.
Here you’ll get to:
- You will own and drive the day-to-day operations for two senior leaders, ensuring nothing is missed and everything runs seamlessly.
- Manage two extremely busy and ever-changing diaries, balancing competing priorities, resolving conflicts in real time, and making confident judgement calls on scheduling.
- Support management of high-volume inboxes and incoming requests, acting as a filter and escalation point while ensuring clear prioritisation and follow-through.
- Operate as a key point of contact across the business and externally: managing relationships with senior leaders, artists, management teams, and partners. You will need to be confident, credible, and solutions-focused at all times.
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel, often at pace, ensuring seamless execution and real-time problem solving when plans change.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and key information. Capture actions and ensure accountability across multiple stakeholders.
- Own expenses end-to-end (Concur), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Maintain key systems (Concur, Airtable) and ensure operational efficiency across day-to-day workflows.
- Provide hands-on support across priority business needs, including presentations, internal initiatives, and coordinating inputs for key meetings.
- Manage a high volume of ticket requests and AAA access, working closely with Artist Relations to deliver quickly and accurately.
- Act as a polished and professional point of contact for external guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support delivery of label events and key cultural moments, often requiring flexibility and presence outside of standard hours.
- Coordinate catering, hospitality, and thoughtful gifting for artists, clients, and internal stakeholders.
About you:
- You are experienced, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- You are comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders, making decisions quickly, and handling a constant flow of competing demands.
- You have prior experience supporting senior executives in a high-volume PA/EA role and are confident managing complexity from day one.
- You are credible, professional, and confident dealing with senior leadership, artists, and external partners.
- You can manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping detail.
- You anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and don’t wait to be asked.
- You remain calm under pressure and can pivot quickly as priorities shift.
- Clear, concise, and professional in all interactions.
- Comfortable working across UK and US time zones.
- Confident across Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and tools such as Concur and Airtable.
- An interest in music and culture, and an understanding of the environment you’re operating in.
Why this role:
This is a rare opportunity to operate at the centre of a leading record label, supporting two senior leaders while gaining exposure across the full breadth of the business. You will play a critical role in how the label operates day-to-day: with real responsibility, visibility, and impact.
This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships.
WMG is committed to inclusion and diversity in all aspects of our business. We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and will evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, religion or belief, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, disability, pregnancy, childbirth or any other characteristic protected by law.
