We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Manager of Tour Logistics to oversee all aspects of our tour merchandise supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless movement of artist‑branded products across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and on‑time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Logistics Management: Supervise and determine the most cost‑effective and efficient shipping methods for all tour merchandise.
- Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of product logistics, including split and drop shipments, and resolve on‑road stocking and spacing challenges.
- Inventory & Tracking: Accurately track merchandise from origin to destination, providing timely updates to the tour team on all collections and deliveries.
- International Compliance: Coordinate international shipping, prepare all necessary tax documentation and commercial invoices to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with merchandise representatives, providing expert guidance and support on all shipping matters.
- Inventory Management: Utilize specialised software to diligently track, adjust, and reconcile merchandise inventory levels throughout the tour.
About you
- Road merchandise experience is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and video calls.
- Results oriented and self‑motivated.
- Arena‑level tour experience, especially in EU, is highly desirable.
- Experience in writing commercial invoices.
