Role Overview
The Senior Director, Regional Workplace Experience – EMEA & APAC is responsible for leading Workplace Experience operations across Europe and Asia. This role ensures operational excellence, cost control, and service consistency across a highly diverse and complex international footprint. This position requires strong leadership, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate across multiple markets, driving both regional performance and global alignment.
Here you'll get to:
- Regional Leadership & Operations: Lead Workplace Experience strategy and day-to-day operations across EMEA and APAC. Drive consistency and standardization across offices while respecting local market needs. Partner with regional business leaders and functional teams to align workplace initiatives with business priorities.
- Financial & Cost Management: Own and manage regional operating (opex) budgets, including forecasting and cost control. Support and help manage capital (capex) budgets, ensuring effective planning and spend tracking. Identify and deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining a high-quality workplace experience. Ensure clear and accurate financial reporting across the region.
- Vendor Strategy & Management: Oversee vendor relationships across facilities and workplace services. Drive vendor performance, cost efficiency, and service quality. Implement performance metrics and service standards aligned with employee experience goals. Partner with procurement to ensure consistency with global vendor strategies.
- Real Estate & Project Execution: Support regional real estate initiatives and portfolio optimization. Partner with global teams to support capital projects and office fit-outs, ensuring delivery against scope, budget, and timeline. Support office moves, consolidations, and workplace transitions across the region. Ensure compliance with local regulations and operational requirements.
- Workplace Experience: Deliver a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across diverse locations. Adapt global standards to meet local cultural and operational needs. Support sustainability initiatives, including environmental and workplace efficiency programs.
- Transformation & Governance: Lead regional initiatives to improve operating models and service delivery. Ensure governance, compliance, and operational standards are maintained across all locations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within Workplace Experience.
About you:
- 12–15+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or real estate.
- Experience managing operations across multiple countries and cultures (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).
- Strong financial management experience, including opex ownership and capex support.
- Experience supporting capital projects and workplace initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
This position requires working 5 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships.
