A little bit about our team: The Data & Insight team works with the Frontline & Catalogue labels, Commercial, and Finance teams on track & artist performance and strategy, partner & competitor performance analysis, market trends, risks & opportunities. Sometimes as part of a team, sometimes solo, but always delivering timely, clear, and actionable insight and recommendations.

Your role: We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who is not only highly numerate and skilled in deriving insights from complex datasets but is also deeply passionate about the frontier of Generative AI. You won't just be building static dashboards; you will be building AI agents, automating complex data pipelines, and making the most of our tech stack to scale insights. This position requires a blend of technical data expertise, operational empathy, and the curiosity to pioneer new workflows.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Data Driven Solutions: Anticipate stakeholder needs and provide data-driven solutions to support their strategic objectives.
  • KPI Visualisation: Visualise KPIs related to artist performance, track consumption, market share, and marketing / promotional effectiveness.
  • Executive Presentations: Develop and deliver tailored presentations to senior management, adapting the complexity and detail to the audience, leveraging Generative AI tools where appropriate to refine narratives and enhance visual communication.
  • Strategic Insights: Providing insights that inform long-term strategic planning / shape long-term artist development and marketing strategies.
  • AI Automation & Tooling: Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents to automate routine analytical tasks and reporting workflows.
  • Workflow Integration: Seamlessly link disparate systems such as Snowflake, Airtable, and Google Workspace using workflow orchestration tools to create end-to-end automated data pipelines.
  • Tool Maximization: Serve as a power user and internal champion for our AI and development tools, making the most of what we can achieve with the Warner Music tech stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Be the first point of contact for complex data and automation questions from the region.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively provide AI-driven solutions to support their strategic objectives.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management, leveraging Generative AI tools to refine narratives and enhance visual communication.

About you:

  • Core Analytics: Advanced SQL and Python skills, with a strong foundation in manipulating large, complex datasets (Snowflake a benefit).
  • AI Implementation: Hands-on experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building AI-assisted workflows or agents.
  • Automation & Tooling: Experience with pipeline orchestration (e.g., Dagster, Airflow) and integrating APIs (Airtable, Google Workspace). Familiarity with Cursor a benefit.
  • Operational Empathy: You possess the ability to deeply understand the daily workflow of non-technical stakeholders and design AI solutions that save them time and provide frictionless value.
  • Pioneer Mindset: You are comfortable in the "grey area" of new technology, eager to experiment, fail fast, and build solutions for problems for front end business users.
