WMG is home to a wide range of artists, musicians, and songwriters that fuel our success. That is why we are committed to creating a work environment that actively values, appreciates, and respects everyone. We encourage applications from people with a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences.

Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent.

A little bit about our team: Warner Music’s Global Business Services (GBS) is the home to the finance operations, legal and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our global finance labels and affiliates. Each regional center embodies the collaborative and creative spirit that stems from the company’s deep history in nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and artist-focused innovation, enabling our employees to develop a wide range of skills through cross-function collaboration and development opportunities.

Your role: The Product Manager sits within the GBS Global Operations team and is responsible for executing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our enterprise-level internal case management system. While prior experience with Pega is highly advantageous, it is not a firm requirement; we are looking for a seasoned Product Management professional who can master the platform's capabilities to drive high-value outcomes. This role requires a robust background in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the ability to translate complex business processes into scalable, automated workflows.

You will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, regional service desks, and technical delivery teams. You will oversee the work of external developers and lead the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous improvement—ensuring that the platform evolves in alignment with the broader corporate strategy.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Implement a multi-year product strategy for Pega, including project management of Pega system upgrades and improvements.
  • Prioritise the product backlog based on business impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business units to identify pain points and opportunities. Translate these into high-quality user stories, process maps, and functional requirements tailored for Pega’s Case Management and Decisioning engines.
  • Communicate regularly with executive leadership on enhancement status, product health and delivery milestones.
  • Partner closely with external Pega Architects (LSA) and Lead Business Architects (LBA) to ensure solutions leverage "out-of-the-box" (OOTB) functionality where possible and maintain platform integrity.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimation sessions and retrospectives. Ensure the team has a clear definition of "ready" and "done."
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training documentation, and change management initiatives to ensure high user adoption and seamless deployment.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators to measure the success of Pega applications, using data to drive iterative improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the SOX controls relevant to Pega by making sure each change is properly documented, tested and approved by business units and leadership.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within enterprise software, CRM, or Business Process Management (BPM). Consistent record of leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment models as they relate to Pega.
  • Work both autonomously, without constant supervision while maintaining a high sense of accountability.
  • Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills.
  • Meet deadlines consistently and effectively while working under pressure.
  • Manage multiple assignments at any given time and prioritise them effectively and appropriately.
  • Customer service approach and a track record of building strong relationships across a global organisation.

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Hands-on experience working with the Pega Platform.
  • Familiarity with Pega Strategic Applications (e.g., Pega Customer Service, Pega Sales Automation).
  • Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Pega Product Owner certifications.
  • Pega System Architect (CSA/CSSA) certification is a significant plus.
  • Pragmatic Institute or Scrum Alliance (CSPO) certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in a shared services environment.
  • Experience managing products within a Finance function.
  • Experience using Figma to create mock-ups.
  • Music industry experience a plus.
