Warner Records is home to some of the most ground-breaking and exciting artists in the world, including Dua Lipa, PinkPantheress, Chase & Status & Griff. We are an ambitious, close‑knit team who are passionate about music, developing talent and breaking artists.

This role sits within the Marketing department at Warner Records UK to execute the Export strategy for the domestic roster in collaboration with regional and local marketing hubs globally. You will be responsible for aligning our UK talent with international opportunities by executing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth across export markets.

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Export to execute the Export strategy for the Warner Records UK domestic roster, collaborating with the domestic marketing team and regional and local marketing hubs globally.
  • Execute international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across export markets.
  • Collaborate with export sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with distribution capabilities and timelines.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including paid media, on‑ground promotional opportunities, content, and viral marketing.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI for export marketing initiatives, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop audience growth and 1PD acquisition strategies across all projects.

About you

  • Proven experience in international marketing, preferably within export‑driven sectors or global consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of audience growth and 1PD acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of global market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regional marketing/chart regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing multi‑market campaigns, including digital marketing and audience development.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across sales, logistics, and external partners.
  • Ability to run and oversee and scrutinise paid media, content, and viral marketing campaigns.
  • Manage regional media budgets, ensuring cost‑effective spend and optimal ROI across channels.
  • Support brand‑building efforts in new and emerging markets.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience using campaign data and market insights.
