Marketing Manager, ADA We’re seeking an ambitious and versatile Marketing Manager to join the ADA UK family, taking ownership of a genre‑crossing roster of labels and artists. Working with highly respected UK‑signed labels and artists, you’ll strategise and deliver global catalogue growth campaigns and execute frontline or catalogue‑focused streaming and physical product strategies.
Responsibilities Be the primary relationship holder for an incredible roster of UK signed independent labels and artists across a diverse repertoire spanning many different genres.
Conceive and execute forward‑thinking, tailored marketing, advertising and audience growth plans and initiatives across catalogue and frontline releases.
Initiate global business growth plans for labels, offering strategy and optimisation recommendations across their entire catalogue.
Be the global label manager for your roster, ensuring they have the means to build meaningful international campaigns and global strategies.
Work closely with the relevant digital, physical and commercial team members to manage your campaigns as a whole, shaping and delivering objectives, updates and results.
Qualifications A commercially focused experienced marketer with a proven track record for delivering successful label, catalogue and/or artist marketing campaigns.
A true people person who can build meaningful relationships and who thrives on working with a varied network of stakeholders and partners.
A domestic project leader who has experience of exporting music around the world.
Dynamic and outcome‑oriented, with a keen eye for detail and ability to deliver on ideas and objectives.
Places high value on company culture and loves being part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications 3+ years artist marketing experience in a label, distribution or management environment.
A strong network of industry connections.
Experience within the independent music industry.
Lateral experience in marketing or strategy roles that sets you apart.
Requirements This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
