A Little Bit About Our Team: You will be part of a core in-house Facilities team, supporting approximately 800 members of staff across 2 buildings in West London (Kensington).
Your Role: This is a varied logistics role centred around the provision of a highly professional level of service including distributing post, portering, couriers, supply of stationery and ensuring that the facilities required by colleagues are available and they are supported seamlessly. This role is suitable for a professional and positive mail room leader who understands the value of customer service and the difference that this can make to their colleagues. You will be the lead for the mail room team and will implement processes for the rest of the team to put into practice. This position will require being in the office 5 days a week. We believe that an in-office presence is critical for talent development, collaboration and building strong relationships.
Here You’ll Get To:
- Oversee the on-site mail room team to ensure services are delivered effectively and to the agreed standards.
- Track and manage contract costs, providing clear and timely reporting as required.
- Administration of Starters and Leavers process with the FM team.
- Ownership and upkeep of UK wide phone list.
- Oversight of meeting room bookings and management of meeting room set-up.
- Manage building wide artwork inventory.
- Support in running Fire drills.
- Management of DSE system and dealing with DSE requests in a timely fashion.
