The Junior Marketing Enablement Manager (EMEA) will execute and support the implementation of WMG’s marketing enablement strategy for key projects across the region, ensuring that local and regional marketing teams have the tools, platforms, and partner services required to deliver campaigns effectively, efficiently, and at scale.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Enablement, this role will execute WMG’s marketing technology stack and vendor partnership approach in EMEA. A critical component involves partnering closely with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to align on regional priorities, ensuring the seamless rollout of tools and training to drive excellent product adoption. This position requires a hands‑on junior marketing manager, with operational expertise, knowledge of marketing technology and data‑driven enablement in a multinational entertainment environment. The role focuses primarily on execution, providing data and insight to inform strategic partners, assisting adoption of new tools and ways of working, and ensuring enablement directly contributes to breaking artists, deepening fan engagement, and delivering commercial growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the VP of Marketing Enablement in gathering information to support the global martech strategy, vendor partnerships, and workflow integration.
  • Partner and align with the EMEA Strategy & Operations Manager to synchronize the regional roadmap and support broader business operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for regional teams, escalating issues and supporting communication between teams and the central team.
  • Support the martech and services innovation roadmap across EMEA, piloting new technologies and vendor models that strengthen WMG’s marketing capabilities.
  • Support change‑management and adoption efforts to embed new platforms, vendor services, and enablement practices across diverse markets.
  • Coordinate the rollout and deployment of new tools and training programs in collaboration with regional operations leadership to ensure high engagement and product proficiency.
  • Manage the project, deployment, and operational maintenance of specific martech platforms within EMEA, ensuring integration with the wider enterprise ecosystem.
  • Balance global consistency with local flexibility, implementing regional or market‑specific solutions where required.
  • Drive adoption and effective usage of platforms through enablement, training, and best‑practice sharing across regional teams.
  • Ensure adoption of martech solutions translates into stronger campaign execution, fan engagement, and measurable artist growth.
  • Assist in coordinating activities with third‑party marketing vendor partners for specific projects across EMEA, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and alignment with global standards.
  • Collaborate with central leadership to understand contracts, manage budgets, monitor vendor performance, and optimize service offerings.
  • Identify and fill regional service gaps, scaling both global and local providers to meet diverse market needs while ensuring integration into WMG’s martech stack.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with vendor partners, ensuring access to best‑in‑class services at competitive value.
  • Partner with Tech and Marketing Intelligence to ensure first‑ and third‑party data is centralized, accurate, compliant (GDPR and other regional laws), and actionable.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards using existing analytics tools to track platform adoption and campaign performance metrics across EMEA.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing enablement investments, ensuring spend delivers measurable ROI.
  • Support the martech roadmap across EMEA, piloting new tools, platforms, and vendor services that strengthen WMG’s marketing capabilities.
  • Research and document emerging martech, ad tech, and AI‑driven solutions to support the innovation roadmap, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Share best practices across the region to scale successful initiatives and maintain consistency with WMG’s global approach.
  • Partner with the VP of Marketing Enablement to set and deliver the roadmap for realizing opportunities from agentic AI and other automation solutions.

About you:

  • 1‑3 years of experience in a support, analyst, or coordinator role within marketing operations or technology.
  • Exposure to or demonstrated ability to assist with third‑party vendor management and platform integration tasks.
  • Demonstrated success deploying and optimizing a composable marketing technology stack across multiple markets.
  • Analytical skills with experience preparing reports and dashboards using data.
  • Experience working collaboratively within cross‑functional teams and supporting complex projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, data management tools, and analytics solutions.
  • Strategic thinker who balances operational efficiency, technology adoption, and fan engagement objectives.
  • Passionate about music and fan engagement, able to connect enablement outcomes to artist and commercial success.
