A little bit about our team: Global Catalogue is both the communication centre between Warner Music Catalogue labels and International Territories around the world, and the paramount frontier for marketing artists in the streaming era. We work closely with all labels and artists under the Recorded Music division to develop new catalogue opportunities in marketing, A&R, content development, and consumption, and then convert our findings into new strategies that are deployed across the company to our Catalogue teams around the world.

Here you’ll get to:

Coordinate all creative and production elements, including sourcing audio masters, securing artwork, approving liner notes, and managing quality control checks.
- Re-issue Oversight: Act as the lead project manager for individual catalogue re-issues, setting internal timelines, managing asset delivery deadlines, and troubleshooting production issues. Secure necessary approvals for all product content (audio, visual, editorial) from artists/estates and internal stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Artist Brand Management, Production, Creative, Business & Legal Affairs, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution of release schedule.
- Budget Accountability: Manage and track specific project budgets for individual product developments, ensuring all expenditures remain within the approved origination budget allocated by the VP.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise directly with artist management and estate representatives on project specifics, asset delivery, and timeline updates, ensuring alignment on the execution of the approved product strategy.
About you: Minimum of 4 years of experience in the music industry, with a strong emphasis on creating catalog re-issues, and physical product promotion within a record label or entertainment company. Good understanding of the physical music market, including current trends, distribution channels, and consumer purchasing behavior. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A deep passion for music history and a genuine appreciation for the cultural significance of iconic recordings.
