About the Role Indirect Tax Analyst responsible for the end-to-end preparation of indirect and withholding tax (WHT) compliance across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities Manage the preparation and filing of VAT, WHT, and statutory reports (Intrastat, EC Sales) ensuring compliance with local requirements and global controls.
Perform mandatory reconciliations between ERP data and tax reporting modules, identifying and resolving variances.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit‐ready documentation for every filing, meeting internal checklists and control requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regional affiliates regarding data queries and adjustments, providing financial reconciliations.
Track and update compliance status, payments, and refunds across the region to maintain real‐time visibility.
Identify system anomalies and process gaps and collaborate with the Process Improvement team to enhance SOPs and workflows.
Participate in cross‐functional meetings with Finance and Global Tax leadership to resolve technical tax queries.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in indirect tax compliance and VAT accounting within a large multinational or shared services environment.
Good understanding of UK and EU VAT regulations.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
Professional and clear communicator with an understanding of escalation protocols and departmental alignment.
Experience with S/4 HANA, OneSource Indirect Tax Determination, or OneSource Indirect Tax Compliance modules is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications Language fluency in English plus proficiency in another regional language (Italian, French, German, or Spanish).
Experience with workflow management tools such as JIRA and incident‐triage platforms (PEGA).
Work Arrangement This position requires a minimum of two days per week in the office. Hybrid work arrangements are supported.
