Your Role

Working at the heart of our global sync team, your role as Global Creative Coordinator will involve collaborating with our offices from all around the world. You’ll listen to lots of music, organise assets and metadata for our global repertoire, support on global sync briefs and creative initiatives. You’ll need to be self‑motivated, organised, a proactive communicator and have your ear to the ground with global music trends.

Responsibilities
  • Repertoire & Data Support: Work closely across our global music repertoire—from new releases to catalogue recordings—ensuring all track metadata and asset management are kept up to date.
  • Library Management: Help organise, categorise, and maintain our global sync library, optimising search-ability for the team and external partners.
  • Playlist & Brief Assistance: Assist with music discovery and asset curation by listening to repertoire, tagging audio files, and compiling targeted playlists for specific sync briefs.
  • Creative Asset Support: Assist in marketing the roster by preparing graphics (using Photoshop/design tools) and drafting copy for internal updates and external sync pitches.
  • Workflow Coordination: Provide dedicated support to senior team members, acting as a central point of contact to keep global sync workflows moving efficiently.
  • Event & Initiative Logistics: Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and administrative planning for launch events, showcase activities, and daily sync initiatives.
  • Collaborative Support: Act as a flexible, proactive teammate who thrives on variety, ready to pivot and support new global projects as they arise.
  • This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
Qualifications
  • You are culturally curious and open minded with a start‑up mentality.
  • You have first‑class organisational skills, and are comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • You are a team player who is happy to support the needs of teams when asked, but also comfortable when left to coordinate activities.
  • You enjoy being creative, whether through Photoshop, iMovie or something else.
  • You are an outstanding communicator, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills
  • Data & Systems Knowledge: Experience working with music databases, CRM systems, or digital asset management platforms (e.g., Disco, metadata tools).
  • Creative Tech Skills: A basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software to help polish presentation decks and marketing assets.
  • Industry & Music Awareness: A foundational understanding of sync licensing, publishing, or master rights, alongside a genuine passion for a wide variety of music genres.

We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and will evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, religion or belief, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marital or civil partnership status, disability, pregnancy, childbirth or any other characteristic protected by law.
