Position Summary
The Director of Physical Catalog Sales, EMEA will be responsible for leading and growing the physical catalog sales across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing a regional sales team, and collaborating with marketing and product development to ensure the continued success of our physical catalog offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, deep knowledge of the EMEA market, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed physical catalog sales targets in the EMEA region.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders across EMEA.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations to optimize product offerings, promotional activities, and supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior leadership.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies within the EMEA region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with at least 3-5 years in a regional management role within the EMEA market.
- Proven experience in physical catalog sales or a similar retail/consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience managing and developing a diverse sales team across multiple countries.
