Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be required to have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to support Warner's global statutory and intercompany compliance objectives. You will also help drive process improvements, maintain a strong control environment, and contribute to cross-functional projects.

What You'll Do

Assist in applying OECD guidelines and Warner's internal transfer pricing policies to day-to-day operations. Liaise with external auditors and support audit processes by preparing required schedules, documentation, and analysis. Maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards and local statutory requirements; flag any developments to the Senior Finance Manager and assess implications.
  • Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance requirements across statutory and transfer pricing processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control. Monitor key compliance deadlines and manage the delivery of high-quality outputs within defined timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Group Tax, Legal, Corporate Accounting, and Shared Services to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial reporting and intercompany activities. Support the coordination of cross-functional inputs required for statutory accounts and transfer pricing documentation. Clearly communicate complex technical matters to both finance and non-finance stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner.
  • Team Collaboration & Development: Support junior team members through coaching, review, and sharing of best practices, fostering a culture of learning and accountability. Collaborate closely with the Senior Finance Manager to identify team training needs and development opportunities. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
