A little bit about our team: You will be part of a core in-house Facilities team, supporting approximately 800 members of staff across two buildings in West London (Kensington), and one building in East London (Shoreditch).
Your role: Be an integral member within the facilities team to develop a great place to work across the Warner Portfolio. Using your experience and skills, you will be working throughout the facilities team to ensure our service lines across our sites are maintained, functioning and comfortable to work from. This includes dealing with subcontractors, leads of departments and attending local sites for periodic checks. You will work with our coordinators to manage our helpdesk to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach with a swift response to all service requests, be it phone, email and other communication methods. Being proactive and visible throughout the day, comfortable updating the progress of our service lines when required and competent in providing reports using the various tools provided. A key networker be it online or face-to-face we are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing at all levels. Contract administration duties that include work record sheet management, logging daily issues on our CAFM, raising purchase orders and database management. Including all other general Facilities Assistant duties which may occur relating to the role.
About you: Minimum 1 year work experience, ideally as part of a facilities team, reception or post room. Good customer service skills. Knowledge of Concept CAFM system (or CAFM systems in general). Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people both written and verbally. Capable team player with an enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach and able to be self-motivated and creative. Good level using major Microsoft packages and competent/comfortable using Excel as this is used regularly for data and reporting. Comfortable with event set up and space management as there may be times where some light manual work will be required.
Weβd love it if you also had: Experience in meeting room set up. Knowledge of Concept CAFM system (or CAFM systems in general). Basic knowledge of audio/visual set up and components. Basic maintenance knowledge.
