Join the Atlantic UK digital team, working closely with marketing and US counterparts to build artist campaigns, amplify online presence, grow audiences, and energize fan communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of first‑class campaigns for artists, driving engagement and audience growth.
- Manage a roster of artist campaigns, delivering comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social, community, direct‑to‑fan, and influencer marketing.
- Collaborate with artists and managers to architect ideation, production, distribution, and content strategies for all major social platforms, actively contributing creatively.
- Oversee the strategic direction and daily management of artist social media accounts, ensuring platform‑native, engagement‑optimised content.
- Build content ecosystems around artists beyond owned social channels, coordinating asset supply and strategy across third‑party and fan pages.
- Partner with the Direct‑to‑Fan and Community team to develop data‑driven initiatives and nurture fan communities on Discord, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Work with the Creator marketing team to design influencer strategies, identify briefs, and select creators or pages to boost track‑level usage and artist awareness.
- Source and manage content creators, independently overseeing social‑first shoots, briefing suppliers, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with social partners to deliver platform support and best‑in‑class strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snap, and other channels, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Continuously use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimisations.
Qualifications
- Passion for music and deep understanding of marketing principles, growth tactics, and digital best practices.
- Avid social media consumer with pulse on internet culture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on music marketing campaigns with a proven track record.
- Innately curious, always exploring new ways to market artists and embracing emerging trends.
- Organised, deadline‑driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive learner eager to develop skills in digital marketing and the music industry.
- Clear communicator, collaborative team player, and data‑minded with ability to analyse and report campaign performance.
