We work across the entire Warner Music recorded catalogue, from superstars through to breaking-artists.
You’ll be working closely with the global Warner sync teams, Business Affairs and Finance teams to ensure the smooth running and processing of sync deals for our artists.
Your role:
- Working across sync requests for Warner artists both domestically and globally.
- This will involve constantly working with a diverse range of colleagues across our global business and the managers who look after our artists.
- You’ll have the chance to get stuck into our huge catalogue of amazing songs, by our award-winning artists and on occasion pitch these out to procure work.
- Monitor market trends and ensure our business is tracked, so we stay ahead of the curve.
- Grow with your role and be encouraged to move our business forward.
Here you’ll get to:
- Overseeing the processing of sync clearances for Warner artists across the whole roster is expected of you.
- You will handle the licensing and invoicing of sync deals.
- You will provide admin support to Head of Sync & Licensing and Junior Sync Manager.
- You will collaborate closely with our Legal and Business Affairs team to provide up to date rights information to global sync teams.
- You will coordinate with our Finance teams for smooth and efficient payment of sync invoices.
About you:
- You will have an incredible attention to detail and be good with numbers.
- You will be able to handle time and work under pressure.
- You will have at least 12 months experience within a sync licensing role.
- You are passionate about music and media and how the two come together.
- You enjoy working within a team environment.
- You will communicate exceptionally.
- You enjoy the administrative side of the sync business.
We’d love it if you also had:
- Experience working at a label, publisher, music supervision company before.
- Experience working with artists and management companies before.
- Experience negotiating, clearing, closing deals.
This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. We value in-office collaboration, which is essential for talent development and strong working relationships.
