Your Role
This high‑volume, high‑impact Personal Assistant role supports two Co‑Presidents of Atlantic Records UK. You will act as gatekeeper and operator, managing demanding schedules, navigating stakeholders, and operating in fast‑moving priorities.
Here You’ll Get to
- Own day‑to‑day operations for two senior leaders, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage busy diaries, balance competing priorities, resolve conflicts.
- Support high‑volume inboxes, filter and prioritize requests.
- Act as key point of contact across the business and externally, engaging artists and partners.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, problem‑solve in real time.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and capture actions for accountability.
- Own expenses end‑to‑end using Concur, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain key systems such as Concur and Airtable for operational efficiency.
- Provide hands‑on support for major business needs, presentations, and key meetings.
- Manage ticket requests and AAA access, collaborating with Artist Relations.
- Serve as professional point of contact for external guests.
- Support delivery of label events and cultural moments, often outside standard hours.
- Coordinate catering, hospitality, and gifting for artists, clients, and stakeholders.
About You
- Experienced, highly organized, thrive in fast‑paced environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders and making quick decisions.
- Previous high‑volume PA/EA experience supporting senior executives.
- Credible, professional, confident with senior leadership, artists, and partners.
- Manage multiple priorities without compromising detail.
- Proactive problem‑solver, anticipating needs.
- Remain calm under pressure, pivot rapidly.
- Clear, concise, professional communication.
- Comfortable working across UK and US time zones.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Concur, Airtable.
