A Little Bit About Our Team
We’re a close‑knit team of music‑lovers who partner with media companies to secure sync placements for Warner Music’s artists. Our work spans the entire Warner Music catalogue, from superstars to emerging talent.
Your Role
- Collaborate with external clients, the UK advertising creative team, Business Affairs, and Finance to ensure the smooth processing of sync deals for our artists.
- Process advertising sync clearances for Warner artists across the roster, negotiating, licensing, and invoicing UK advertising deals.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Sync and VP Sync, EMEA.
- Work closely with Legal and Business Affairs to supply up‑to‑date rights information to the UK sync team.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure efficient payment of sync invoices.
- Monitor market trends and track our business to stay ahead of the curve.
- Grow in your role and support the evolution of our sync business.
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Ability to manage time and work under pressure.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sync licensing role, familiar with UK advertising sync.
- Passionate about music and media.
- Enjoys working in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with the administrative side of sync business.

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
