About the Role

As part of Warner Music Group, ADA provides independent labels and artists with a global distribution system and a dedicated team that delivers marketing and promotion services. You will work with UK‑signed independent labels and artists across a diverse range of genres.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary relationship holder for an incredible roster of UK signed independent labels and artists across a diverse repertoire spanning many different genres.
  • Conceive and execute forward‑thinking, tailored marketing, advertising and audience growth plans and initiatives across catalogue and frontline releases.
  • Initiate global business growth plans for labels, offering strategy and optimisation recommendations across their entire catalogue.
  • Act as the global label manager for your roster, ensuring they have the means to build meaningful international campaigns and global strategies.
  • Work closely with digital, physical and commercial team members to manage your campaigns as a whole, shaping and delivering objectives, updates and results.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A commercially focused experienced marketer with a proven track record for delivering successful label, catalogue and/or artist marketing campaigns.
  • A true people person who can build meaningful relationships and thrives on working with a varied network of stakeholders and partners.
  • A domestic project leader who has experience of exporting music around the world.
  • Dynamic and outcome‑oriented, with a keen eye for detail and ability to deliver on ideas and objectives.
  • High value placed on company culture and love being part of a team.

  • 3+ years of artist marketing experience in a label, distribution or management environment.
  • A strong network of industry connections.
  • Experience within the independent music industry.
