About the Team
The Global Catalog division of Warner Music Group is responsible for overseeing Warner’s vast, eclectic roster of iconic artists, labels, albums, and songs. The division works closely with labels such as Atlantic, Elektra, Parlophone, and Warner Records to develop new opportunities for all eras of catalog.
Role Overview
Reporting to the VP, Off Roster Finance, this position will support the financial reporting and planning for Off Roster repertoire globally by maintaining strong connections with Labels and Affiliates around the world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze L&A performance during month‑end close and forecast cycles, compare to Budget and previous year, and identify key drivers
- Prepare monthly reporting packages and review meeting decks
- Calculate and communicate updated streaming forecasts to L&A
- Analyze data by Market, Artist, DSP, etc. to determine performance drivers supported by the Business Intelligence team
- Manage global marketing budget and provide forecasts to L&A finance teams
- Liaise with L&A on all matters relating to Off Roster
Qualifications
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities – an intuitive, strategic thinker
- Strong communication abilities
- Comfortable with senior level executives across different areas of the company
- Highly organized and thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑transforming work environment
- Strong multi‑tasking abilities
- Team player who works well with change
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years of financial and management experience
- Music industry experience
- Advanced MS Office skills
