Junior Revenue & Growth Strategist

As a Junior Strategist Revenue & Growth, you will split your time between driving our digital performance and providing administrative support.

You will help devise digital platform strategies, analyse data to maximise growth opportunities, and serve as a reliable assistant keeping team operations and executive schedules running smoothly.

  • Your Mission
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign metrics, track performance data, and prepare weekly reports to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Ad-hoc Research: Support the SVP and Senior Manager by conducting market research, competitor benchmarking, and preparing background briefs on digital trends.
  • Label Support: Act as an internal contact point for labels and data teams, providing marketing managers with necessary campaign to ols and insights.
  • Project Support: Proactively identify opportunities for incremental growth, helping to kickstart and coordinate projects from initial planning to final results.
  • SVP & Team Assistance: Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle general administrative tasks for the team.
  • Partner Relations Support: Assist in preparing pitch materials for platform partners and coordinate team follow-ups.
