Your Role:
- Repertoire & Data Support: Work across our global music repertoire—from new releases to catalogue recordings—ensuring all track metadata and asset management are up to date.
- Library Management: Organise, categorise, and maintain our global sync library, optimising search-ability for the team and external partners.
- Playlist & Brief Assistance: Assist with music discovery and asset curation by listening to repertoire, tagging audio files, and compiling targeted playlists for specific sync briefs.
- Creative Asset Support: Assist in marketing the roster by preparing graphics (using Photoshop/design tools) and drafting copy for internal updates and external sync pitches.
- Workflow Coordination: Provide dedicated support to senior team members, acting as a central point of contact to keep global sync workflows moving efficiently.
- Event & Initiative Logistics: Coordinate the logistics, scheduling, and administrative planning for launch events, showcase activities, and daily sync initiatives.
- Collaborative Support: Act as a flexible, proactive teammate who thrives on variety, ready to pivot and support new global projects as they arise.
About You:
