This consultancy role is designed to bridge local success with global phenomenon, maximising the cross‑border reach of our music. Backed by visionary creative teams and world‑class digital execution, you will champion our catalogue on a global scale. You will design the blueprints that keep our recent releases streaming, engaging new audiences, and scaling across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Director of Export to execute the Export strategy for the Warner Records UK domestic roster, collaborating with the domestic marketing team and regional and local marketing hubs globally.
  • Execute international marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth across export markets.
  • Collaborate with export sales and logistics teams to align marketing efforts with distribution capabilities and timelines.
  • Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple regions, including paid media, on‑ground promotional opportunities, content, and viral marketing.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI for export marketing initiatives, reporting insights to senior leadership.
  • Develop audience growth and first‑party data acquisition strategies across all projects.
