The Global Brand & Audience team develops and implements artist strategy and planning, driving culture and commercial streaming alike. The Brand & Audience Services team comprises cross‑functional disciplines, including Creative Development, Paid Media, Influencer/Creator Marketing, and Direct‑to‑Fan and Community Engagement. The team is responsible for marquee artists and their storytelling, including legacy artists such as Led Zeppelin, Madonna, David Bowie, and others.
Your Role
You will support the development and execution of creator marketing campaigns across global catalogue artists, working closely with campaign leads, agency partners, and the wider Brand & Audience Services team. This role is responsible for managing creator activations from briefing through delivery, ensuring campaigns are driven efficiently, authentically, and in alignment with artist objectives. You will help identify creator opportunities, manage agency and creator relationships, track performance and contribute insights that help improve future campaigns. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of music, culture, audience growth, and the evolving creator economy.

- Support the planning and execution of creator marketing campaigns across priority artists and projects
- Coordinate creator activations from briefing through delivery and reporting
- Work with agency partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and optimize campaign performance
- Ensure creator content aligns with artist objectives and campaign priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, creator agencies and platform partners
- Support agency evaluations and campaign reporting
- Leverage platform, audience, and creator insights to inform recommendations
- Support internal education and knowledge sharing around creator marketing opportunities and best practices
- Oversee briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals following the full production lifecycle
- Manage agency agreements and deliverables ranging from best terms, creative notes, timelines, and reporting, where applicable
- Leverage tools, data, and insights to anticipate creative trends and topics that connect artists and culture
- Stay abreast of compliance, governance, and innovation in the evolving creator economy
About You
- Strong interest in pop culture, trends, and fan behavior
- Enjoy problem‑solving, are curious, and take pride in delivering high-quality work in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience working with creator agencies, talent managers, or external partners
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, reporting and campaign performance insights to inform future recommendations
- Experience executing creator or influencer marketing campaigns, including creator sourcing, briefing, relationship management, and performance tracking
- 3+ years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations, or digital content production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry
