Role Summary

As a Digital Strategist, you will be the driving force behind the end‑to‑end planning and execution of first‑class campaigns for our artists, focused on engaging and growing their audience online.

You’ll work in collaboration with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure all touchpoints across social, content, community building, 1st‑party data and creator strategy are leveraged to grow and engage fanbases.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to further grow your skills as a digital marketeer in a super dynamic and creative environment while delivering campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting artists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a roster of artist campaigns, delivering digital marketing strategies covering the full spectrum of social, community, direct‑to‑fan and influencer marketing.
  • Work closely with artists and managers to architect end‑to‑end content strategies across all major social platforms, actively contributing to the creative process.
  • Drive the strategic direction and daily management of artist social media accounts, ensuring content is platform‑native and optimised for engagement.
  • Construct powerful content ecosystems around an artist beyond their owned social channels, encompassing asset supply and strategy around HQ, third‑party and fan pages.
  • Collaborate with the Direct‑to‑Fan and Community team to develop strategies and initiatives that grow and utilise our artist’s 1st‑party data and nurture fan communities on platforms such as Discord and Reddit.
  • Work closely with the Creator marketing team on influencer strategies, identifying briefs and key creators/pages to drive track‑level usage and artist awareness.
  • Source and collaborate with the best content creators, independently managing social‑first content shoots, briefing suppliers and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Partner with our social platforms to deliver platform‑specific support and best‑in‑class strategy across Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube and Snap.
  • Own campaign tracking, documentation and reporting on assigned projects.
  • Maintain constant use of data and insight tools to inform strategic decisions.

  • You are a true digital native with a strong understanding of marketing principles, best practice and growth tactics.
  • You are an avid social media consumer with your finger on the pulse of internet culture.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working across music marketing campaigns with a proven track record of success.
  • You are innately curious, always finding new and evolved ways to approach artist marketing with an interest in emerging trends.
  • You are organised, able to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • You are a proactive learner, eager to develop your skills in digital marketing and the music industry.
  • You are a clear communicator and collaborative team player.
  • You are data‑minded and can use data to inform marketing decisions and report on campaign progress.
  • Preferred Experience
  • Experience creating or commissioning social‑first content firsthand.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Label, management or agency experience working directly with artists.
  • Additional Note

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
