Content is a fast-moving team at the centre of artist storytelling and culture. The team spots opportunities quickly and turns ideas into creative that feels entertaining, shareable and culture-driving. This is a collaborative environment where everyone contributes creatively, no matter their level. You’ll have the chance to learn fast, bring ideas to the table, and play a real role in shaping work that artists are excited by and audiences genuinely want to engage with.

Your Role

You’ll support content across campaigns while working closely with artists, managers, and creatives, with space to learn fast, contribute ideas and help shape work that fans genuinely connect with.

Responsibilities

  • Work with content managers to support day-to-day delivery of content campaigns across artists.
  • Edit disruptive content for artists that will resonate online.
  • Assist in planning and running shoots, assisting with production and on-set needs.
  • Handle content scheduling, approvals, and organization of the content library.
  • Track cultural trends and flag opportunities to the wider team.
  • Support with pulling data for reports.
  • Support with campaign admin (raising POs, tracking budgets, completing pitching forms).
  • Coordinate with artists, managers, and internal teams as needed (scheduling meetings, brainstorms, shoots, etc.).
  • Manage Warner Records and Parlophone socials.

Qualifications

  • Obsessed with music, internet culture and what audiences are engaging with online.
  • Organized, proactive and comfortable working at pace across multiple projects.
  • A strong communicator who likes the idea of collaborating with artists, managers and creative teams.
  • Creative-minded with a good eye for content and ideas that feel fresh, entertaining and shareable.
  • Keen to learn, take initiative and contribute ideas confidently, regardless of level.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to keep things moving behind the scenes.
  • Passionate about social media, content and the role they play in building artist careers.

  • iPhone video shooting skills.

  • Good caption writing skills.

Working Conditions

This position requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
