Your New Role… The Senior Manager, Creative & Production Inclusion drives and delivers inclusion initiatives across Warner Bros. Discovery’s creative and production businesses, aligned with the Global Inclusion strategy. Reporting to the GVP, Inclusion International, the role partners closely with creative, production, and corporate stakeholders across International, HETV, and film studios. The role leads the Creative & Production inclusion strategy and roadmap, delivering scalable, locally sensitive solutions for external workforce and production teams. This includes embedding inclusive workflows, delivering inclusion training and resources, advising on inclusive storytelling, and mitigating reputational risk. The Senior Manager also leads cross-functional initiatives, supports pan-regional creative councils, and oversees working groups, engagement, and impact measurement.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Build and deliver the International Creative & Production Inclusion strategy and roadmap, aligned to Global Inclusion pillars and Creative Council objectives, with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
- Design, scale, and implement inclusion programming for creative and production teams, including training, workshops, toolkits, guidance, and embedded workflows that account for local legal and cultural nuance.
- Act as senior inclusion advisor to creative and production leadership, providing content advisement and risk assessment across the production lifecycle (e.g. scripts, character development, dubbing, advisory warnings).
- Lead international talent tracking and Self‑ID initiatives, including project management, localization, territory onboarding, and consistent adoption to support Creative Council and enterprise needs.
- Partner cross‑functionally with key stakeholders (Creative & Production Leadership, Production HR, Legal, Broadcast Standards, CSR, Communications, Marketing, Insights & Analytics) to embed inclusive practices and decision‑making.
- Expand and maintain access to inclusive partners, suppliers, and centralized resources, reducing barriers and ensuring global business units can source best‑in‑class and diverse creative and production talent.
- Own Creative & Production Inclusion operations, including budget management, working group leadership, measurement of objectives, and internal/external representation in industry-facing forums.
Qualifications & Experience…
- Experienced in an advisory role relating to content and inclusive storytelling.
- Experience in a creative and inclusion role within film or TV, with a knowledgeable and well‑versed in the breadth of Warner Bros. Discovery IP, with a deep understanding of creative and production environments.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, creative leaders, production teams, and external partners.
- Passionate about championing voices and talent from historically marginalized communities and eager to find ways to bring your creative background into the Inclusion space.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to work independently on highly complex projects with minimal supervision.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
