  • Ability to prioritize work based on business criticalities and be flexible to work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
  • Fully understand and adhere to the team’s network standards and procedures both in technical and functional areas
  • Maintain positive relationships with all user communities, peers and the management team
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Expertise in wireless technologies (WiFi), especially Aruba AirWave, ArubaOS, Aruba Mobility Controllers, and Aruba Instant Access Points.
  • Experience with AAA platforms (Aruba Clearpass), DNS, DHCP, and Radius.
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, spectrum analysis, and wireless security protocols.
  • Familiarity with the demands of production workflows, including high-volume data transfers and real-time collaboration.
  • Process-driven with excellent execution and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask and self-prioritise in a fast-paced, creative setting.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical studio staff.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak production periods.
  • Self-motivated team player with a drive to improve studio infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
