Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post‑production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.

You're the first point of contact for clients, guests and staff at our Soho Square facility, delivering a first‑class front‑of‑house experience while coordinating screenings, events and bookings. You will also manage media dispatch operations, ensuring all inbound and outbound materials are accurately tracked and handled with care.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Answer, screen and transfer all calls to the relevant person or department from a busy switchboard.
  • Manage access control through the CCure system and physical key management, including tracking the issuance and return of keys and cards and maintaining stock levels of passes, lanyards and card printing supplies.
  • Meet, greet and direct clients, contractors and visitors in accordance with the facility’s security policies, with a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound deliveries via Reception and the loading bay, maintaining accurate records and following the correct procedures for security and notification of deliveries.
  • Book passenger cars and couriers, keep accurate records of these bookings, and forward accurate billing information.
  • Ensure the correct and complete handover of information among front desk personnel, Security and Runners.
  • Update all reception lists, including cutting‑room occupants, their correct extensions, current productions in the studios and staff phone numbers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including occasional evening attendance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create an immediate rapport with a range of contacts.
  • Sensitivity to differing clients’ needs and priorities, with the ability to question and assist diplomatically.
  • Computer literate, with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Previous experience managing a switchboard and security passes.
  • Good general knowledge of production, post‑production or screening‑room facilities is desirable.

Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement if essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
